They claim to offer a fast and efficient service but they do not provide the loan directly, they pass your details on to other payday lenders in an attempt to match you with someone who can get you your money. For such a well known company, we found their website to be quite unprofessional which did not give us much confidence in the service they provide.
They claim to offer a secure application and have a logo for a 'digi cert' ssl certificate but the application form is not secure and there is no way to validate whether 'digi cert' has issued an ssl certificate for the website. To make matters worse, there is a link to a 'secure application' page on the general application form which does not work. Hardly a professional application process.
